heading represents insights how co-creation relates to the broader system of service delivery and its governance towards co-creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;The ethical compass&#8217; heading covers insights about co-creation from a normative perspective, as a value-based practice, how it informs welfare service practices and how it may be developed to aid co-creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;The catalysts for co-creation&#8217;
