</div><div class="full-desc"><h4>Description</h4><p>The participants will work in Problem Based Learning (PBL)-groups investigating different topics regarding flexible and online teaching and learning, such as digital literacies, openness and design for online and blended learning. The participants will actively reflect on the teacher´s and student´s roles as well as student´s needs in online learning. This is done through continuous collaboration in each PBL group, as well as through shared group reflections.</p>
<p>Throughout the course, the participants will take part in webinars and tweet chats addressing different aspects of online learning.</p>
<p>The participants will be incorporated into PBL-groups that will meet online twice a week, exploring the current topic. The PBL-groups are central in the course and used for both focusing on different aspects of the current topic as well as exchanging experiences and building of a personal learning network.</p>
<p>Different digital tools will be tested during the course, but this is not the main focus of the course.</p>
<h6>How often do I need to attend meetings?</h6>
<p>You will be required to attend two to three 1-hour Zoom meetings per week during the duration of the course, with the exception of the reflection week where there are no meetings. You can decide whether to attend morning, afternoon or evening meetings and will be grouped accordingly. Please note that while the webinars and workshops for the entire ONL community are planned before the beginning of the course and can be found on the official ONL page: <a href="https://www.opennetworkedlearning.se/">opennetworkedlearning.se</a>, the schedule for PBL group meetings will not be set until the groups have met and made a decision on dates and times together. You can expect two 1-hour Zoom-meetings with your PBL group per week.</p>
<p>There will be participants from several countries and universities attending the ONL course. Webinars and workshops will be held with all participants at the same time. Weekly discussions and collaboration will then take place in the PBL groups, which are smaller groups consisting of 5-10 participants from different countries.</p>
<br><p>The objective of the course is for the participant to acquire knowledge, understanding, skills and abilities in order to make her/him able to:</p>
<p>1. Explain, discuss and reflect on different aspects of online learning such as digital literacy, collaborative learning and openness.</p>
<p>2. Critically reflect on questions concerning open networked learning related to own teaching practice.</p>
