My name is Megan Turner, and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Technology Sydney, with a professional background as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) Teacher Educator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My doctoral research, Securing Australia\u2019s Future through a Sustainable Vocational Education Ecosystem, explores strategies to ensure vocational education remains relevant, accessible, and responsive to evolving workforce needs. I am particularly focused on developing frameworks that support lifelong learning, adaptability, and economic resilience within the VET sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of my study, I am conducting semi-structured interviews with VET stakeholders, including managers, educators, and students, to better understand their experiences, challenges, and perspectives. I am currently seeking participants from Sweden, Denmark and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
