And you often cannot use the same assignment tasks or questions in take-home exams as in&nbsp;campus exams.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can divide what is to be tested into three rough groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fact knowledge<\/strong>. E. g. basic terminology and simple formulas.<\/li><li><strong>Application of well-defined methods<\/strong>. E. g. mathematical calculation techniques, formulas, etc. with algorithmic solutions (i. e. unambiguously right or wrong).<\/li><li><strong>Independent problem solving<\/strong>.
