It is a lot about using students course feedback and teachers&#8217; course evaluation as tools to gradually create positive change over a long period of time.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Torgny Rox\u00e5 has been an academic developer for over 30 years at Lund University&#8217;s Faculty of Technology.
