How can we, as teachers, influence this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>In this video we are using the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) to explain how people \u2013 students \u2013 react when they are facing a challenging task that requires creativity, conscientiousness and perseverance.
