During the group work for topics 1-5, I felt the most important thing I have learned from ONL course is: how to work as a group member in the group work, how to work in a group using different digital tools. I think these things are very important to my future teaching. Because some of my courses have group work, I could understand better now how the students work as a group and what kinds of difficulties they may have during the group work, how I can give support to my students for their group work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the ONL course, I have learnt some new digital tools, I think maybe I can use them in my courses to improve my course’s quality. For example, Miro is a good tools to get some feedback from the students about my course, or mentimeter as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another thing I have learnt from ONL course is how to blend different teaching methods to make students to be active or engaged in the learning. I thought the topic 4 is very good for me to improve my teaching. Even though now we changed back to normal teaching (classroom teaching), I think we can combine the methods or experiences we learnt from the online teaching with the classroom teaching. Currently, I have a course combined synchronous and asynchronous teaching, I felt it is very good for the students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In future if I want develop my online course, I think it is very important the department and the university can give support to it (IT techniques and budgets ). Also it is very important that I can discuss with other colleagues&people who have good eLearning or eTeaching experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
