Timing and Format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total time slot: 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended breakdown: We suggest 15 minutes for your presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session Chair: A moderator will be present in each room to introduce you and keep the session on schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#f9cf03;color:#f9cf03\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Presentation content (By track)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain the conference&#8217;s goal of driving action, please ensure your presentation covers the following core elements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Track A: Scientific research<\/th><th>Track B: Practitioner experience<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>The problem: Clearly state the societal risk and the research gap addressed<\/td><td>The Challenge: Describe the specific real-world scenario or crisis handled<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Methods: Briefly explain the &#8216;how&#8217; &#8211; keep it accessible for non-specialists<\/td><td>The Action: What strategy, policy, or tool was implemented?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Key findings: What does the data tell us?<\/td><td>Impact &amp; Results: What changed? How did this improve resilience?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The Bridge: What is the practical application of this research?<\/td><td>The Lesson: What can scientists or other practitioners learn from this case?<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#f9cf03;color:#f9cf03\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Visuals and design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slide Aspect Ratio: Please use 16:9 (widescreen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Readability: Use large fonts (minimum 20pt) and high-contrast colors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibility: Avoid relying solely on color to convey meaning (for colorblind accessibility) and keep slides uncluttered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingualism: While the spoken presentation can be in English or Swedish, we recommend using English for slide text if your audience is likely to be international.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#f9cf03;color:#f9cf03\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Technical requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>File Format: Please send your presentation to <a href=\"mailto:riscon@kau.se\">riscon@kau.se<\/a> at least 24 hours before your scheduled presentation, or bring your presentation on a USB flash drive in PPTX (PowerPoint) or PDF format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission: Presentations should be uploaded to the room&#8217;s computer at least 15 minutes before your session begins (during a coffee break or lunch).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment: Each room is equipped with a system, a projector, a sound system, and a remote clicker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#f9cf03;color:#f9cf03\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
