The Introduction to Research Leadership program is aimed for researchers who want to develop their leadership awareness and skills within a research context. The program consists of four modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Research Leadership (February 5th)

Module 2: Leading Self and Others (March 5th)

Module 3: Building and Sustaining Research Teams (April 16th)

Module 4: Vision, Strategy, and Research Leadership in Practice (May 6th)

Please notice that you need to register for each module separately.
We recommend that you do the modules in sequence, 1 to 4.
Module 4: Vision, Strategy, and Research Leadership in Practice is only open for those who have done modules 1 to 3.
