Participation in the SESAC workshop is free of charge. The 300 SEK workshop fee is covered by SESAC.

INFORMATION ON HOW KARLSTAD UNIVERSITY PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA
Karlstad University processes personal data in connection with registrations toconferences organised by the university as an authority. The purpose of the processing is to administer the conference RisCon’s registration. The lawful ground for the administration ofconference registrations is to fulfil the agreement entered into by the parties in connection with the registration. The personal data will be processed by personal data processors, such as cloud service providers. The personal data will only be retained for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of the data processing or for as long as legally required.
