Open Networked Learning (ONL-2409)

The participants will work in Problem Based Learning (PBL)-groups investigating different topics regarding flexible and online teaching and learning, such as digital literacies, openness and design for online and blended learning. The participants will actively reflect on the teacher´s and student´s roles as well as student´s needs in online learning. This is done through continuous collaboration in each PBL group, as well as through shared group reflections.

Throughout the course, the participants will take part in webinars and tweet chats addressing different aspects of online learning.

The participants will be incorporated into PBL-groups that will meet online twice a week, exploring the current topic. The PBL-groups are central in the course and used for both focusing on different aspects of the current topic as well as exchanging experiences and building of a personal learning network.

Different digital tools will be tested during the course, but this is not the main focus of the course.
