DEPRIMAP Work presented at SESAC Launch Event on March 5, 2026

Stefanos Georganos attended the launch event of SESAC (Swedish Competence Centre for Satellite-Enabled Social Science Analytics) on March 5, 2026, at Lund University, Sweden.

SESAC is a national hub dedicated to transforming Earth Observation (EO) data into actionable social insights. Led by Lund University in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology, Linköping University, and Karlstad University, we bridge the gap between advanced space technology and real-world societal challenges.

Two posters were presented at the event, one on DEPRIMAP as a whole project and one on the recent preprint of ‘The Hidden Burden of Morphological Deprivation in Small and Medium Cities’
