Centrum för forskning om samhÀllsrisker, CSR, Àr ett forskningscentrum vid Karlstads universitet med fokus pÄ samhÀllets förstÄelse och hantering av risker i ett samhÀlle dÀr risk- och sÀkerhetsfrÄgor blir alltmer komplexa och samhÀllsviktiga.
CSR Àr ett forsknings- och kompetenscentrum pÄ Karlstads universitet som skapar och förmedlar kunskap om samhÀllsrisker och samhÀllets roll i relation till dessa. ForskningsfrÄgorna handlar om orsaker till och konsekvenser av samhÀllsrisker och om samhÀllets samt individens sÄrbarhet för och kapacitet att hantera dessa. CSR bestÄr av en stor grupp forskare frÄn olika akademiska discipliner och representanter med bakgrund i offentlig förvaltning och nÀringsliv.

The Centre for Societal Risk Research (CSR) is a research centre at Karlstad University specialising in societyâs understanding and management of risks in a world where risk and security issues are becoming increasingly complex and vital.
CSR is a research centre that creates and shares knowledge about societal risks and the role of society in relation to these risks. Research questions are centred around causes and consequences of societal risks and about societyâs and the individualâs vulnerability to and capacity to manage these risks. CSR consists of a large group of researchers from various academic disciplines and representatives with a background in public administration and business.
