Included in registration fees
Included in the registration fee is (except for half-day attendance) access to all sessions, refreshments, lunch during the conference and the mingle on October 7.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to konferens@kau.se
Cancellations must be made before September 20. If cancellation is done before September 20, you will receive a full refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 20. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held in the city on October 8 at 19:00, and participation requires an additional fee. After registration, you will receive an info email that provides details about the event.
Accommodation
We have pre-booked hotels for the conference guests at a special price. After registration, you will receive an info email that provides details about the accommodation and reservation.
