Guidance for studying ”Project Level Findings”

For easier orientation, the learning chapters are organized under the three broad headings: (the system, ethical compass and catalysts for co-creation) to capture co-creation associated learning from the CoSIE project.

‘The system’ heading represents insights how co-creation relates to the broader system of service delivery and its governance towards co-creation.

‘The ethical compass’ heading covers insights about co-creation from a normative perspective, as a value-based practice, how it informs welfare service practices and how it may be developed to aid co-creation.

‘The catalysts for co-creation’ heading explores the undertaken facilitator roles, tested strategies and tools, their pros and cons in co-creation.

The chapters under each heading follow similar structure:

• Introduction – with what to expect and further guidance under each heading
• Study questions around the subtopic areas
• Text materials with major insights and examples
• Video material exploring the topic more in-depth through dialogues with researchers
