With nine real-life co-creation pilots CoSIE project aims to advance the active shaping of service priorities by end users and their informal support networks and engage citizens, especially groups often called ‘hard to reach’, in the collaborative design of public services.
In the selection of pilots we encompassed the following dimensions: Coverage of vulnerable and “hard to reach” groups, significant societal challenges, evidence of innovation, and different life courses stages (children and young people, adults of working age, and older people). Vulnerable groups include immigrants, Roma, long-term unemployed, people in the criminal justice system, and those disadvantaged by geographic location.
In this area of the MOOC you will find illustrations from the nine pilots that have been in focus for this project. Ypu may read more about all pilots at the Cosie project homepage.
