Parma meeting

In our final project meeting we evaluated and finalized the activities in the intellectual outputs. The Background analysis has been finalized, only minor issues as layout and dissemination activities were discussed. This analysis will be offered in relation to the digital toolbox as well on the project web page. For the second e-learning module, Challenges and Solutions, the results of the background analysis will have a central role. The e-learning modules are still under development. As we have decided, including a series of videos and conversations among specialists and experts takes a little longer time then anticipated. We are of course interested to produce materials that are as professional as possible. The digital toolbox is about to be finalized, offering a set of tools, usable for civil servants and environmental and biking associations.

We also evaluated the impact of the multiplier events that have been taking place. SERN has planned a multiplier event in connection with this final meeting in Parma. Further, Abegondo had planned for a multiplier event later in June.

The final evaluation of the project result was discussed. Of course, some aspect could have been improved. We still think we suffered from the last start and Covid effects concerning time schedules. Also, the change of leading partner and lost of Ale municipality in the beginning of the project as affect the result. We still thing this strategic partnership project work has been highly productive and interesting for all partners. Involving Karlstad municipality, as a replacement for Ale, did change the structure of the involving participants since Karlstad have had a much longer experience of sustainable mobility that has strongly influenced the other partners. Also Karlstad municipality has learned a lot by strengthening their international networks and international profile regarding sustainable mobility solutions.
