Introduction

Start with define what is the problems we want to solve. Which are the old habits and what new habits do we want to prevail. New habits need a change in individual mind-set. To change mind-sets we need new methods and tools.

Achievable change

How then can we achieve a change in behavior? Attitudes are internal, behavior external. First we need to consider an persons beliefs. Beliefs could then be related to values. Beliefs and values are essential to elaborate on attitudes and behavioral change. That is why we need a background analysis on what beliefs and values local citizens have, in order to identify the most important factors that we can work on. To implement what you want you need to engage influencer of different kind.

In the lecture a learning strategy is presented. Define the destination. What do I need to learn, and why? Map out the path from where you are, to where you want to end. How long is the process? Who can help me? What are the resources available? What will happen when we get there? How to evaluate your journey and the outcome?

Design a supportive long-term strategy with concrete milestones during the way. Gather local teams of micro-influencers that may use social media to interact with the local community.
