My name is Megan Turner, and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Technology Sydney, with a professional background as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) Teacher Educator.
My doctoral research, Securing Australia’s Future through a Sustainable Vocational Education Ecosystem, explores strategies to ensure vocational education remains relevant, accessible, and responsive to evolving workforce needs. I am particularly focused on developing frameworks that support lifelong learning, adaptability, and economic resilience within the VET sector.
As part of my study, I am conducting semi-structured interviews with VET stakeholders, including managers, educators, and students, to better understand their experiences, challenges, and perspectives. I am currently seeking participants from Sweden, Denmark and
Finland, and would greatly appreciate your support in identifying or connecting me with individuals who may be interested in contributing to this important research.
Participation involves a confidential interview of approximately 45–60 minutes, and all contributions will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
