Three suggestions for alternative ways to examine course objectives of the skill type.

Context and solution
“Some exams are meant to test students’ skills. The skill can be to write a program code, to create a textile artwork or to teach a lesson. This may require a lot of ingenuity to translate into a digital format, but some suggestions that we can give are:
Have students record an instructional video explaining how they have created code for a particular program.
Have students document the process of developing the textile craft and compiling it into a story.
Have students work with distance tools such as Zoom and Teams to teach their lesson, perhaps for classmates. It is also a way to prepare students for the fact that not all teaching takes place physically in a classroom.”
